Progressive Field opened in 1994 and helped pioneer the modern era of intimate, baseball-only ballparks. Known for its excellent sightlines and passionate fanbase, the park has been continuously updated and improved since opening. Cleveland's Jake was one of the first of the retro-style parks that transformed the MLB stadium landscape in the 1990s.
